We would like to share exciting new plans for The Brighton School! We have been collaborating with the commercial playground company, Creative Playthings and have developed plans to replace and upgrade our school playground. This project will be an invaluable investment in our school and our students, providing an enriching play and physical development space that will add tremendous joy and value to our students’
school experience.
We are hopeful that you will join us in this endeavor as we arelaunching a fundraiser to help meet our financial needs!
Our plan would entail expanding the size of the fenced in playground area, replacing and upgrading all equipment, and installing a new playground surface.
The new playground will include:
- A commercial grade metal bay of four swings
- A composite playground structure with slides, rock wall, and monkey bars
- A zig zag balance beam and balance pebble path maze
- A sandbox
- A seating area with benches
- A dramatic play area with various outdoor playhouses
- A new fence around the perimeter of the playground
The cost of this project will be approximately $70,000. The Brighton School is hoping to raise $50,000 from past, present, and future members of our school community to help finance this project. This fundraiser will be the largest in our school’s history, and we are hopeful that those who can help make this vision a reality will offer their financial support.
The Brighton School is a non-profit organization with limited financial resources for projects of this scale. Our mission has been, and continues to be, a commitment to providing affordable and exceptional private school education for students and families.
In order to keep tuition costs reasonable and accessible, large cost projects are often not within our financial reach. Our vision for a new playground has been developed over time and with deliberate thought and consideration. We believe that the time for this ambitious project is now and we are eager to achieve this goal with your help.
