Brighton School hosted our first Math Kangaroo competition. Math Kangaroo is a nonprofit organization with a mission of helping students love math. For 26 years, Math Kangaroo had organized an annual mathematical competition for thousands of students in grades K-12. Each year the competition takes place on the third Thursday of March all around the world. We are planning on hosting this competition each year! Students who participate receive, a T-shirt, stuffed kangaroo, and a certificate.
Brighton School students certainly do love math!
